In the case of newsletter subscriptions, data processing will continue until you request to unsubscribe. For processing based on legitimate interest, when you are already our customer, we will process your data for the duration of the contract and will continue to do so for an additional 3 years after the termination of the contract.

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or informational materials from IMSOL Technology SRL, all you need to do is click the “Unsubscribe” button available in the received email, or send an email stating your desire to unsubscribe to office@imsol.ro, and you will be unsubscribed from those communications.

3. Processing of Candidate Data in Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Evaluation

If you wish to join the IMSOL Technology SRL team, we invite you to contact us through the contact details or forms available on the IMSOL Technology SRL Websites.

5. Participation in Various Events Organized by IMSOL Technology SRL

IMSOL Technology SRL aims to increase customer and partner loyalty and to provide as many opportunities as possible for customer awareness and service promotion by organizing events such as inaugurations, presentations, viewings, campaigns, contests, and other dedicated events.

During these events, we may photograph or record video of participants for community promotion and service marketing purposes. We will always offer the opportunity to opt-out of such processing and will respect your wish not to be filmed/photographed by providing you with a distinctive element (e.g., a colored badge).

8Processing Minors' Data
